enduring growth,
real impact

a partnership comprised of entrepreneur investors building and growing enduring businesses for the long-term.

our story started in 2012 in the cafeteria lunch line at goldman sachs.

in 2018, we set out to become operators ourselves and build the most disruptive company in an overlooked but critical corner of America, early childhood education. It started with a simple vision and a single school which ultimately became Otter Learning, now one of the largest providers of early education in America. Since then, we have founded, invested in and transformed businesses in multiple categories where we feel we can provide an edge. Today, we leverage the invaluable, hard-won lessons gained only through operating a business to build leading companies and strategically support exceptional management teams.
